By accessing and using the ECAT Preparation Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our platform provides comprehensive ECAT (Engineering College Admission Test) preparation services including practice questions, mock tests, performance analytics, study materials, and personalized learning paths. The service is designed to help students prepare effectively for their ECAT examinations.

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our service offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

All content provided on our platform, including questions, explanations, study materials, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) attempt to reverse engineer or copy our content; (e) use automated tools to access the service; (f) engage in any activity that interferes with the proper working of the service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
